Trade For Sure ("we", "our", "us") is operated by Rahul Singh, an independent stock market educator based in Delhi, India. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect information when you visit this website (the "Site"), enroll for our free course, or contact us.
By using the Site or submitting your details, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or share your information with us.
02Information we collect
a) When you enroll for the free course
To check whether you are eligible for the free course offered with a Sahi account, we ask for:

b) Verification information from Sahi
When you open a Sahi account through our referral link or referral code, Sahi makes limited referral information available to us on its partner dashboard — for example, whether the account was opened through our referral, whether the F&O segment is activated and whether trading activity has taken place. We use this only to decide whether you qualify for the free course.
c) When you contact us
If you email us, message us on WhatsApp or Telegram, we receive your name, contact details and whatever you choose to include in your message.
d) Information collected automatically
Our hosting and analytics providers may automatically record basic technical data such as your IP address (anonymised where possible), browser type, device type, pages visited, time spent on pages and the website that referred you.
e) Embedded YouTube videos
Videos on the Site are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode. When you press play, YouTube (Google) may set cookies and collect information according to Google's own privacy policy.
03How we use your information
- To verify your eligibility for the free course and give you access once approved.
- To send you course access details, verification status and important updates by email and WhatsApp.
- To respond to your questions and support requests.
- To prevent misuse — for example, duplicate or fraudulent enrollment claims.
- To understand how visitors use the Site and improve our content.
- To comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests.
We do NOT
- Sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
- Use your data for targeted advertising.
- Send your enrollment details to Sahi or any other broker — we only check the referral information Sahi already makes available to us.
- Use your information to give you buy/sell recommendations or investment advice.
04Consent
We process the details you submit in the enrollment form on the basis of the consent you give by ticking the consent box, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us. Once withdrawn, we will stop processing your details, but we may no longer be able to verify your eligibility or continue your course access.
05Sharing your information
We share your information only when necessary:
- Service providers who help us run the Site and the course — such as website hosting, database, email and WhatsApp messaging providers. They process data only on our instructions.
- Classplus — our course is hosted on Classplus. When you are approved, we share your name and mobile number with Classplus so the course can be added to your account.
- Legal requirements — when required by law, court order or a government authority.
- With your permission — in any other case, only if you ask us to.
06Cookies & browser storage
The Site may use basic cookies and your browser's local storage to work properly — for example, to remember where you are in the enrollment steps so you can continue later. We may also use analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics, if enabled) to understand visits. YouTube may set cookies when you play a video.
You can clear or block cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. Some features, like resuming your enrollment, may not work without them.
07How long we keep your data
We keep your enrollment and verification records for as long as your course access is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping and to resolve any disputes. After that, we delete or anonymise them. If you ask us to delete your data earlier, we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it.
08Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. Access is limited to Rahul Singh and authorised members of the Trade For Sure team who need it to verify enrollments and support learners. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
09Third-party links & services
The Site links to and embeds services we do not control, including Sahi, Classplus (where the course is hosted), YouTube, Instagram, Telegram and WhatsApp. Opening a Sahi account, activating segments and trading are governed by Sahi's own terms and privacy policy. Please review the policies of these services separately.
10Children's privacy
The Site and the free course are meant only for people aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has shared information with us, please contact us and we will delete it.
11Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct or update inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request erasure of your personal data, subject to legal obligations.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
- Have your grievances addressed.
- Nominate a person to exercise these rights in case of your death or incapacity.
To use any of these rights, email us at support@tradewithsingh.com from the email address you enrolled with. We may ask you to confirm your identity and will respond within 30 days.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will always show the latest version. If we make important changes to how we use enrollment data, we will highlight them on the Site or let enrolled learners know by email.
