01Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of tradewithsingh.com (the "Site"), the educational content we publish and the free course, all operated by Rahul Singh under the name Trade For Sure ("we", "our", "us"), Delhi, India.

By using the Site or enrolling for the course, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

02Educational content only

• All content on the Site, in the course and on our YouTube, Telegram and Instagram channels is for educational and informational purposes only.
• Nothing we publish is investment advice, a buy/sell recommendation or a solicitation to trade in any security, derivative or financial instrument.
• We do not promise or guarantee any profits or returns. Past performance, live trading examples or chart analysis do not indicate future results.
• Trading and investing — especially in futures & options — involve substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Please consult a SEBI-registered adviser before investing or trading.

03Eligibility

You may use the Site and enroll for the course only if you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement under Indian law. You agree that the information you give us is true, accurate and your own.

04Free course with a Sahi account

How to qualify

The free course is available to learners who complete all of the following:

1. Enroll on the Site with accurate details — your name and mobile number should match your Sahi account.
2. Open a Sahi account using our referral link or referral code X931H5.
3. Activate the F&O segment on that account.
4. Place at least one trade on that account.
5. Submit your Sahi Client ID on the Site.

Verification & access

• We verify eligibility manually using the referral information Sahi makes available to us. Verification usually takes 4–5 working days after you submit your Client ID; this is a target, not a guarantee.
• The course is hosted on Classplus. Once approved, we add the course to the mobile number you enrolled with and let you know by email and WhatsApp. You then log in to the Classplus app with that number.
• Your use of the Classplus app is also subject to Classplus's own terms and privacy policy.
• We may reject or hold claims that are incomplete, do not match Sahi's referral information, are duplicates or appear to be fraudulent. Our decision on eligibility is final.
• The offer is limited to one free enrollment per person and per Sahi account. Course access is personal and cannot be transferred or sold.

Changes to the offer

We may change, pause or end the free course offer at any time. Access that has already been granted will not be withdrawn, except where you breach these Terms.

About Sahi

Sahi is an independent third party. Account opening, KYC, segment activation, brokerage, charges and all trading on your Sahi account are governed solely by Sahi's own terms. We are not responsible for Sahi's services, decisions or any losses from trading on your account.

05Using course material

Your course access is for your personal, non-commercial learning. You agree not to:

• Share your login or access details with anyone else.
• Download, record, copy or screen-capture course videos or material, except where we clearly allow it.
• Upload, resell, redistribute or publish course content anywhere.

We may suspend or remove access if we find misuse.

06Copy Trade

Any copy-trading feature we introduce will be governed by its own separate terms, risk disclosures and eligibility requirements, which you will need to accept before using it. Nothing in these Terms is an offer of a copy-trading service.

07Intellectual property

All content on the Site and in the course — including videos, text, graphics, logos and the Trade For Sure name — belongs to Trade For Sure / Rahul Singh or is used with permission, and is protected by law. Third-party names and logos such as YouTube, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp and Sahi belong to their respective owners.

08Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use it for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.
• Submit false information or someone else's details.
• Try to hack, disrupt, scrape or overload the Site.
• Impersonate Trade For Sure or Rahul Singh, or offer "tips" or paid services in our name.

09Third-party links & services

The Site links to or embeds third-party services such as Sahi, YouTube, Instagram, Telegram and WhatsApp. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

10No warranties

The Site, content and course are provided "as is" and "as available". While we try to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that it is complete, error-free or suitable for your purposes, or that the Site will always be available.

11Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trade For Sure and Rahul Singh are not liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, arising from your use of the Site, our content, the course or any third-party service.

12Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trade For Sure and Rahul Singh from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or course.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

14Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
